We believe in a future where gender equality is not an unattainable ideal, but a tangible reality. For this reason, we are proud to present our Equality Plan, a strong commitment to promoting gender equality in the workplace and in society at large.

IP Triana’s Equality Plan is a set of measures, policies and specific actions aimed at guaranteeing equal opportunities and treatment between women and men in all aspects of our organisation.

This plan covers aspects such as recruitment, promotion, training, remuneration and work-life balance. It also includes the prevention of sexual harassment based on sex and inclusive communication.
