Internal Information System
On 22 November 2023, the Company’s Governing Body approved the Internal Reporting System in compliance with the current Law 2/2023, of 20 February, regulating the protection of persons who report regulatory infringements and the fight against corruption in relation to the incorporation into Spanish law of Directive (EU) 2019/1937 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 23 October 2019 on the protection of persons who report infringements of Union law.
The aforementioned Law 2/2023, in accordance with the aforementioned Directive, aims to protect persons who, in a work or professional context, detect certain regulatory violations and report them through the internal information channels set up for this purpose, thus establishing a general regulatory framework at Industrias Plásticas Triana, S.A. for the protection of whistleblowers and the fight against corruption.
