We are a company that designs and produces plastic packaging for the food, pharmaceuticals and cosmetics industries.
Our most notable speciality is manufacturing cylindrical containers and then decorating them using direct printing on the packaging using DryOffset.
From the start, our experience of working with the pharmaceutical industry has defined us. We also have the certification (ISO 13485) and facilities (ISO 7 CLEAN ROOM) necessary for this.
A room with air renewal by means of ecological evaporative cooling, filtration using blankets with F5 performance and a renewal capacity of 114,000m3/h.
We have 16 injection machines from 50-320 Tm, where we manufacture our packaging. Six of these machines are found in a Clean Room.
In the mould workshop, we maintain and repair the moulds before and after production. We have erosion machines, grinding machinery, CNC lathe, a cutter and other machine tools necessary for proper maintenance of the moulds.

There are 4 machines for printing on polypropylene and polystyrene in DryOffset, using 6 spot colours, with a total decoration capacity of up to 20,000 containers per hour.
Triana is characterised by printing directly on the container, providing the client with a manufacturing process that gives excellent results. Printing with 6 spot inks offers an advantage when delivering the final product, as the client does not need to do anything extra in terms of decorating.
The dry room is intended for producing containers with silica gel and allows semi-automatic assembly of the piece. The room has a controlled atmosphere with maximum 25% humidity, to guarantee the quality of manufacturing the parts.
Our plant is located in Barberà del Vallès, Barcelona’s industrial zone, and measures 2,700m2.
